Although the epidemic trapped us at home, the Internet gave me a window to see the world.

地铁:距离 [Subway: Distance]

如今的人本就是一座座孤岛,即使面对面坐着,中间也相隔大海。而疫情之下,人与人之间的距离被再次拉远,家庭的概念被不断强化。人们躲在口罩之后,给孤立与排斥找到了正当的理由。
Today’s people are islands, even if we sit face to face, there is a sea between us. Under the epidemic situation, the distance between people has been further extended, and the concept of family has been continuously strengthened. People hide behind masks, justifying isolation and exclusion.

During the post-epidemic age, the order of our interior space has been disrupted and reordered. Before re-examining the interior design, we can see that the interior space can be divided into three categories: working space, living space, and social space. But, after the epidemic, these three types of spaces show a trend of breaking up the whole into parts, and there will be more relatively independent public spaces. In the past, the large space will be continuously divided into smaller one which has more specific functions. Moreover, an area called “interaction” is becoming more and more important, playing an important role in connecting and buffering the interface of various functional areas.
