Undergraduate Research Opportunities (URO) Showcase

Student participants of the annual Undergraduate Research Opportunities (URO) program shares their findings and what they learned over the summer at a virtual showcase attended by classmates and supervisors across different faculties and schools. Alice Huang, a fourth-year School of Interior Design student presented the Interior Archipelago from behind-the-scenes setup of the project to all of the postcard submission gathered internationally as well as future research direction.

The URO program is funded by Undergraduate Student Research Awards (USRA) run by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) and the Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation at the Toronto Metropolitan University to offer students a meaningful opportunity to participate in Scholarly, Research, and Creative (SRC) activities and to benefit from working directly with a faculty mentor.
